Withdraw from your purchase
You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Your name, email and order number are all we need.
- After sending, you'll immediately get a confirmation by email with the date and time.
- Send the items back within 14 days. Customer service will email you the return address.
- You'll get the amount back within 14 days, the same way you paid.
