What is the minimum order?+
Every order is at least €500 excl. VAT. Mix sizes, colours and items freely.
How do I pay?+
Right when you order, in our secure checkout: iDEAL, Bancontact, credit card, PayPal and more. Ordering on invoice is not possible.
When does my order ship?+
Items in stock ship after your payment, usually within two business days. Tracking is in your account. Pre-orders ship as soon as they land; the delivery date is shown with the item.
My store is outside the Netherlands. How does VAT work?+
In other EU countries we charge no VAT if you have a valid VAT number (reverse charge). Enter your number when you apply, we verify it. Outside the EU, such as Switzerland, we charge no Dutch VAT. Import duties are then on you.
At what price do I sell it?+
We recommend our online store price, so you don't have to compete with our own site. Every item shows the retail price and your margin.
What if something is wrong with my delivery?+
Email info@richesseclothing.nl within 14 days with your order number and a photo. We will sort it out.
Can I use the photos?+
Yes. In your account you download the product photos and an item list with EAN codes, prices and stock.
