Orders placed on working days are shipped the same day where possible. We do our very best to meet this delivery time, but in exceptional cases delivery can take longer. As soon as your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with the tracking details.

Delivery
Parcels are shipped with DHL. If you're not home at the time of delivery, the parcel may be left with a neighbour or taken to a service point.
- Because we depend on the carrier, we cannot guarantee the delivery times stated. We do everything we can to ship orders placed on working days the same day.
- Carriers don't always leave a physical notice, so always check your tracking for the most up-to-date delivery status.
- If a parcel isn't collected from the service point within one week, it's sent back and processed as a return.
Public holidays & busy periods
During public holidays and sale periods, processing and delivery can be delayed by higher volumes at our warehouse and at the carrier. We recommend ordering in good time around public holidays to avoid delays.
